How do I restore my purchases?
Open ProteinYeti, go to the Premium screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose ProteinYeti and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@proteinyeti.com with a short description of what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording helps us fix it faster.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes, please! Send your ideas to support@proteinyeti.com — the yeti loves feedback, and many features come straight from user suggestions.
ProteinYeti requires an iPhone running iOS 26. When reporting a problem, please include your app version (Settings → About in the app), iPhone model and iOS version.
